Each My Giftery creation is handmade with the utmost care.
- Production times generally vary between 3 and 10 business days, depending on the type of order and the level of customization.
- For event orders (wedding, birth, etc.), a specific timeframe can be agreed upon in advance.
Once your order is ready, it will be shipped as soon as possible.
Orders are shipped via reliable carriers (e.g., La Poste, Mondial Relay).
- Metropolitan France: Estimated delivery between 2 and 5 business days after dispatch.
- Belgium: Estimated delivery between 3 and 7 business days after dispatch.

Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- the weight of the order
- the destination
- the chosen delivery method

Personalized creations require specific preparation time.

MyGiftery makes every effort to ensure careful shipping.
However:
- We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
- In case of a lost or damaged package, please contact us quickly so that a solution can be considered.

In case of an incorrect address, reshipment costs will be borne by the customer.
